Lorie Vincent, CEcD
Executive Director
Lorie Vincent currently serves as the first Executive Director of Team Texas. Team Texas is a member driven, economic development marketing coalition that operates under the umbrella of the Texas Economic Development Council. An organization since the mid 1980’s, Team Texas has marketed its member communities all over the world in an effort to promote job creation and capital investment. Ms. Vincent brings to this new role a wealth of experience as an economic development practitioner, a marketing maven, a trade and special event coordinator and a public relations specialist. Lorie Vincent most recently served as the Executive Director of The High Ground of Texas. The High Ground is a regional coalition of over 100 communities and organizations involved in the marketing and economic development of West Texas. One of the largest regional economic development organizations in the USA, The High Ground, created in 1988, covers a 69 county area and celebrated their 25th anniversary in 2013. Lorie also served as the 2013 Chairman of the Texas Economic Development Council and has received national recognition for her leadership and economic development accomplishments. A very popular writer and speaker, her knowledge runs deep and her enthusiasm is contagious! Lorie holds a BBA in Accounting and is a Certified Economic Developer.
Crystal Chism Fulbright
Executive Assistant
Crystal joined the Texas Economic Development Council as the Executive Assistant in July 2007. Prior to joining the team at the TEDC, Crystal worked as a personal assisant. Her career includes 13 years of administrative support including three years as a Research Assistant for International Data Search and two years as a Loan Officer Assistant for Chase Home Finance. Crystal is a native of Austin, Texas.
Kelly Pedrozo
Administative Assistant
Kelly joined the team at the Texas Economic Development Council and Team Texas in April 2010 as a part time Administrative Assistant. She became full-time in January 2014, after completing her Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree in English Literature at St. Edward’s University. Prior to joining the organization full-time, Kelly also worked in the Freshman Studies Department at St. Edward’s University as a writing intern and tutor to incoming freshman. Kelly was born and raised in Austin, Texas.
